When we met you on that Sunday afternoon, we hadn't completely made up our mind we were ready to go through such an arduous procedure, but you made the process so effortless, on our part, that it erased all those fears. Selling a home is a very emotional time, but it was listed and sold so fast, those fears were minimized. Our road to closing was a bit bumpy only because we wished to lease our house back until the house we are building is finished, but your diligent work in accomplishing that task is much more than appreciated. We met Christina when looking at a house she was showing.  She had also been recommended by the agent who helped us find our previous home on Hilton Head and was now retired.  After falling in love with the home, we asked Christina to look at our existing home and ended up having her list it.  She did an excellent job marketing our home and was on site for issues that arose when we were out of town.  When a seemingly good offer was made, we accepted and Christina became our battlefield commander as the pending sale turned into a nightmare of frivolous issues from the other party.  Her professional demeanor and extensive experience guided us through the quagmire and resulted in closing successfully.  We highly recommend Christina as an excellent realtor and as importantly, a really good person!

Randy Fix was incredible to work with on the purchase of my new home in Bluffton. When I started looking at homes, Randy was a patient and really listened to the needs and aspects that I wanted in my new home. He was able to provide great options and I was able to select a perfect home that checked every box. Andy Reed at the Reed Team has helped me with 3 properties since I have been buying property in Hilton Head.  The first one was when we wanted to sell our property in Sea Pines to build another house. Andy did a fantastic job of determining what we needed to do- to sell the house and then how the house would best show.  Small things to us as buyers, but only items that a “Good Realtor” would know: some of the things Andy helped us with: “cut some limbs so you can see the house better”  “Power-wash the house so it is clean”  Things that to a seller, we really didn’t notice, but to someone, like Andy – he knew what it would take to sell the house!  Our house sold in about 3 weeks!  Man we were surprised!  Then on to the building process, that Andy helped us find a builder and helped us review the floor plan to determine the best house we could build (by the way he wasn’t even making a commission).  Although, I guess Andy knows how to keep a customer – because since Andy had helped us so much on the last sell, we asked him to be our Realtor on a purchase we made in order to live – until our house was built. NOW we are in our DREAM HOME and have Andy to help us sell our other house.  Andy is always available and helpful in anything you ask him!!!  Thanks Andy for a job well done!
